MELODY SPRING (EZGİ PINARI); which is founded by Mr. Yalcin Bulut is a women’s music group, the eight members of which are all conservatory graduate teachers who perform Turkish Art Music and Turkish Folk Music.
All group members are professional instrument artists and vocalists. “Kanun” (Turkish zither), classical “kemençe” (small violin with three strings), “tambur” (small lute), “bağlama” (folk instrument with three double strings), guitar, flute and rhythm (instrument types) are their instruments.
We desire to present a music feast consisting of songs and folk songs of all regions of Turkey, which are performed, in the most proper style by our artists.

AYŞENUR ERGİN
She was born in Istanbul. She completed her secondary, high school and university education in Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Turkish Music State Conservatory and got her MA degree from Halic University Social Sciences Institute. Aysenur Ergin, as a zither artist and singer, has been carrying out professional music studies for 14 years. Ms Ergin who still continues her works both in the country and abroad, is also a music teacher as a Ministry of Education staff. She also attends and works in various music associations and her sign is Virgo. Her hobbies are swimming, music and cinema.
HATİCE DOĞAN
She was born in Istanbul. She completed her secondary, high school and university education in Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Turkish Music State Conservatory by taking the first place in school and department graduates. She, who is a classical small violinist and a Turkish Music singer, got her MA degree from Halic University Social Sciences Institute. She has been working professionally for 10 years and still continuing her works both in the country and abroad. Ms Doğan is a teacher and chorus director in reputable state and private music schools.
Her hobbies are music, skiing, swimming, walking, cinema and theatre.
FİLİZ YAĞAR
She was born in Ankara. During her primary, secondary and high school education, she was interested in folk dance. Later on she attended Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Turkish Folk Dance Department and got academic training on folk dance, ballet, percussion instruments and techniques of using folk instruments.
After two years, she passed to fundamental sciences department at the same university, in order to be trained in Classical Turkish Art Music.
Filiz Saglar, who is also a music teacher as a Ministry of Education staff and who carries out important concerts, has a patient, joyful and charitable character. Her interests are dancing, music, traveling, sports, mode of dressing and kitchen. |
